We’ve arranged special discounted rooms at six hotels for conference participants. Five are centrally located in Helsinki, just a short walk from the metro and the social program venues. One hotel is conveniently near the Aalto University campus in Espoo.
The reserved rooms at Sokos and Radisson hotels will be available for general booking from 13th May to 27th May 2026. Discounted single-room rates range from €130 to €155, accessible with a booking code BESPE2026.
